2025-26 Sticker Design Contest Instructions & Specifications

THEME: Print Sticks, Make it Your Thing!

Design entries must include the following:

– Prominently display Print and Graphics Scholarship Foundation name and logo as part of your design.

– Designs must include a message that relates to the theme: Print Sticks!

– Bright and highly visible colors are great! Assume your design will be printed on a white background, so utilize a full color design. PGSF reserves right to adjust any element of the design to ensure printability.

– Maximum / optimal area to fill for printing a sticker is 4×4 in max

– Can be any shape you wish!

SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS:

– Create a high-resolution PDF: images 300dpi, 4/color process (CMYK)

– Take into consideration font size and design with a maximum finished cut size of 4”x4”

– Ensure bleed and crop marks are noted

– The winner of the contest must submit all files required for reproduction. Files become the property of PGSF. 

– Use of AI: Students are highly encouraged to generate original concepts, artwork and editing using the digital and analog tools available to them. We appreciate the use of AI as a resource in the creative process but expect submissions to be created by individuals tapping into their own library of skills.

DUE DATE: PDF entries are due by Thursday, March 12, 2026. Judging will be in March/April, and the winner will be notified by April 30, 2026!  

FINAL PDF Files should be named as follows:

HIGH SCHOOL STUDENTS: Firstname_lastname_schoolname_sticker_2025_HighSchool

POST SECONDARY STUDENT: Firstname_lastname_schoolname_sticker_2025_PostSecondary

The winner of the contest may be asked for native files required for reproduction. Files become the property of PGSF.
