The Wayne “Bumps” Brown Scholarship
Established in 2002

Brown Printing Company, headquartered in Waseca, Minnesota, established the Wayne “Bumps” Brown Scholarship in 2002.

Founder Wayne “Bumps” Brown, through his vision and leadership, built a culture and an organization that places great value on education. His input as chairman emeritus continues to be valued by employees and the community.

Brown Printing became part of Gruner + Jahr Company and a subsidiary of Bertelsmann AG. Brown Printing Company was known as an industry leader in producing America’s finest magazines, catalogs, and inserts. The scholarship will be awarded to a full-time college junior or senior enrolled in a related major.
